Towns and Cities
Some cities are big some cities are small. Cities are made up of different zones which all have different characteristics. There are town centers, modern areas, and areas more on the outskirts.
Town Centers
Town centers tend to be the oldest part of the city. They are often popular and bustling. You could most likely find historical buildings museums and theaters here.
Modern Areas
Modern areas tend to be well the most modern looking. You could see sky scrappers or apartment buildings here. Businesses may be located in the modern area too. Schools, shops, hospitals can also be found in a city's modern area.
Outskirts
The outskirts of a city may serve many purposes. These places tend to have more space so anything that takes up a lot of space may be located here. Things like airports, big shopping centers, and amusement parks.

How to be a good community member
To be a good community member means to follow the rules and laws. If you are going to take public transportation, make sure to do so respectfully.

What do city or town councils do? The answer is all sorts of things. One amazing thing they do is organize fun events for their city, like festivals. On a more serious side, they make sure the city is being well taken care of and deal with any problems that arise.
